Breckin gets "into" breakfast

First Haircut and New Shoes

We've been talking about how shaggy Breckin's hair has been looking for about 8 weeks now - so we finally bit the bullet and took him for his first hair cut. It was supposed to just be a trim, to clean him up a little bit, but when you don't start out with a lot of hair, a little trim goes a long way. Of course in true mommy fashion, I got a little misty eyed during the hair cut (no sobbing though!). After his haircut, we went on a hunt to find Breckin some new shoes - easier said than done. His feet are nearly as wide as they are long - but after much searching we found him two pairs. Since he carried them around through the store and all last night when we got home, I feel pretty confident that he likes them!

Birthday Fun Continued

Breckin got his first taste of cake and icing on his birthday a couple of weeks ago. Here is video of him enjoying his Birthday Cupcake and dunking on his new basketball hoop.
